The all-new Musical Amp Card is the first completely optimized and fully discrete component designed for a portable music player. The discrete amp card has the advantage of breaking free from the limits of an op-amp design to feature a better listening experience and higher-end performance. The HIFIMAN engineering team has finally achieved very fine tuning as a result from a long-term, wide-ranging and tedious trial and adjustment period.
The resulting Musical Amp Card reveals a mellow and silky vacuum-tube style. Not only does it provide a solid ground for classical music, but it also renders vocals, jazz and small chamber orchestra even more pleasant to your ears.
High bias voltage design reproduces near-perfect music via class A power amplifier. Classic Vacuum-Tube Tone: Rich, Natural and Simple Circuit Design with Details and Precision Using several highly reliable Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors along with numerous Onsemi small signal transistors to form the unique design of Musical AMP Card. It features a classic differential amplifier as input and is supplemented with a NEC 2SD882 on both sides. The whole circuit is rendered smooth with very low noise floor and higher gain.
